Gaps between teeth — including central diastema. Aligners close spaces progressively and a retainer holds the result.
Upper teeth overlapping lower teeth excessively. Bite ramps integrated into aligners correct vertical dimension progressively.
Lower teeth sitting in front of upper teeth. Mild-moderate dental underbites can be corrected with aligners; skeletal cases need additional assessment.
Where upper and lower teeth don't meet correctly side-to-side. Aligners with precision attachments can correct most dental crossbites.
Teeth that have shifted after previous orthodontic treatment. Often a shorter aligner course is sufficient to restore alignment.
